A high-energy, tenacious and goal-driven leader, she has a proven track record of identifying new opportunities, forging long-term strategic alliances, and offering the clients real and innovative solutions to their problems.
Today, Pamela is the Corporate Head of Business Development and Communications for the Al Shirawi Engineering Services Group. In her current role, she manages strategic business activities and creates long-term value for all 12 companies in the group. Previously, Pamela has served as Head of Business Strategy at London Business School (LBS), where she defined, set-up and delivered LBS Dubai business development and outreach strategy for the MENA region. Prior to that, she was Head of Customized Solutions at Thomson Reuters, also spent five years at Zawya where she lead and managed the Financial Solutions Division content and product teams.
Pamela is also a co-founder, board member and mentor at Reach, a non-profit organization registered in DIFC that is dedicated to helping young professional women unlock their true potential through structured mentoring and professional support. Pamela believes in continuous self-development and holds several certifications from various prestigious institutes such as the Coach Training Institute (CTI), Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as the Association of International Product Marketing and Management (AIPMM). She has completed a Masters in Economics from University of London, UK; and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada.
